Northern Michigan Real Estate, LLC is a locally owned and operated real estate company providing vacation property rental management Services . We focus on the successful marketing and management of privately owned homes and condominiums available for vacation rentals.
NMRE offers an extensive selection of vacation homes and condominiums through our clients that provide Northern Michigan visitors with memorable experiences and benefits, including more room to relax, full kitchens, decks, fireplaces, outdoor fire pits, barbeques and added privacy, for less than the cost of a traditional hotel stay. NMRE also makes it easy for vacation home owners and rental guest to participate in the vacation rental process by managing all the details.
Services we Provide:

Rental Set-up Rental assessment and rental fee analysis. NMRE will complete an inventory of the property and work with owners to ensure that everything is ready for rental guest.

Marketing: We have a well established customer base that routinely book their vacation rentals with us and provide a stream of referrals. In addition, our comprehensive internet marketing strategy for new rental clients produces great results.

Bookings : We work with renters to secure reservations, maintain rental calendars, collect all rents and security deposits.

Check-in/out Process: We manage the check-in and check-out process. We are the local welcoming committee, provide directions, keys and general vacation information. After each rental, NMRE will check the property for security deposit issues and ensure heat/air are adjusted for vacancy status until the next rental.

Cleaning: We provide cleaning and maintenance services for our managed properties. Each property is dusted, bathrooms cleaned, kitchens, floors washed/vacuumed, bedding and linens are laundered.

Accounting: Each month all current and future booking are documented, rents, fees and taxes are accounted for and proceeds are distributed.
